This is Threat Level Midnight from the Office, and you can't convince me otherwise. Where's Michael Scarn?
This movie is much more enjoyable if you watch it as if it were a parody of Dick Tracy movies. Especially enjoyable if you watch the Office and want to see a real life version of Michael Scott's life-long dream.
