Best game i ever played. Everything is perfect. I played 4 times all over again. Waiting for Breath of Wild 2 impatiently.

I bought this game trough to Nintendo switch, I paid $44.97 but can not play, it stuck in Difficulty Selection not go further. I tried to contact to UBISOFT but I can't there is not option for that only, i can live chat but i can't do that too because when i write the issue and then click the "start chat" it take me to new blak page. Then later I've got email with the case number i thought they going to solve the problem unfortunately not cause when i click the link, open page is the same page only the difference they asking additional comments. So you don't get any help if you have any problem. I lost my money.
