It's fun to watch if you haven't read the book. But, if you have, it's the worst 1h and 50m you'll ever spend. I know Netflix is trying to be cool and relatable but they chose the most unsuitable book to lazily adapt. Persuasion is about a woman who has spent the last 8 years regretting her actions and believing she has thrown away her only chance at eternal happiness NOT a woman in the 21st century going through a bad breakup. Really screwed it up for all the Austen fans!
