game will always crash when it reaches 2gb of memory usage. support is a joke and take weeks to respond sometimes. Very expencive to play. one piece of endgame gear pve to do instances will cos 400-600$ and you need 15-17 pieces then it is only valid till next content release then you have to redo it all again. it is a pay to win game, can not do endgame gontent w/o spending 1000's of dollars. they never have sales for premium curency. get 4200 dias for 100$ and a single + for gear from lvl +16 and above costs 500 dias and has about a 60% chance to fail so you just loose ur money, or it can drop a lvl and you loose 1000 dias with nothing to show. need to get your gear +24 tier 8 to be able to do pve endgame. dont waist your time. Its a fun game ran by a greedy company.
