I'm all for body confidence and big up to all the people daring and brave enough to appear on this show but I have to say... as a 33 year old woman, that I find this show totally unacceptable. I feel that it gives the impression that what a person looks like is more important than getting to know the individual's personality. Also I feel that it is degrading to allow for people's naked bodies to be viewed by anyone on national television. I really have no idea how this disgraceful programme has had enough ratings to have managed to remain on television this long ! Obviously there are too many perverted and shallow minded people out there.
