Overall it was a good film, especially compared to all those terrible horror movies sequel out there. I understand the production team was trying to make some differences while still respecting the classics. One of the reasons why I become a huge fan of SAW over the years is the mind blowing twists at the end. However, the twist of Spiral seems to be easily predictable. Nevertheless, all of the ‘gaming techniques’ used were still surprising as usual. A bit upset when the escape room characteristics disappeared, resulting in lesser degree of tension, intensity, and also intelligence. Although this change is not a brilliant move, and yet still a good try.

Great film. It is so touching and heartwarming. I haven’t watched such an amazing movie for a very long time, since ‘Kramer vs. Kramer’ and ‘I Am Sam’. Everyone deserves a second chance. And everyone should be treated equally. The interaction between Palmer and Sam is simply beautiful in this cruel world. Everyone please watch it, you won’t regret.

Emotional and realistic. Slow pace but not boring at all. This is the kind of movie requires people to watch it alone quietly. It is somehow intense when you can feel what Ruben feels, and hear what he ‘hears’. Before watching this film, I thought its title is regarding Ruben’s journey with heavy-metal music after losing his hearing. Now I realized ‘Sound of Metal’ probably means the sound he can hear after the surgery. Ruben and Lou, who saved each other life in the past, whose relationship seems to be unbreakable, are unable to last forever. Maybe something would never be recovered, some love would never be permanent, doesn’t it look realistic? We always have some goals that we tried so hard to achieve, but turn out to be meaningless at the end. I know there is no relevance between these two movies, but I have the same emotion after this film and ‘Requiem of a Dream’.

Totally disappointed. None of the characteristics of Wrong Turn appeared in this new film. I understand that somehow Wrong Turn requires a new change, especially after the terrible 6th film. But this huge change has no improvement at all. This film is kinda boring and lacks of intensity. I know Wrong Turn series are getting worse and worse and worse... I have zero expectation for this WT 7, but it is too much... Couldn’t say how disappointed I am after watching it. It is not a really bad movie, but it definitely doesn’t deserve to be called as a Wrong Turn sequel. Period. If don’t have the capability to produce a better sequel, just stop it. Don’t give us hope, and destroy it.

Greenland is a really good movie, it is somehow more emotional when watching in 2020. Greenland may not have much epic action scenes like classic disaster movies ‘2012’ or ‘San Andreas’ that give you intense feelings, but humanity has been highlighted in the whole film. It shows how different people ‘react’ to the end of world. Some people are giving up, some others are doing something bad, and yet most of the people are just trying their best to save their lives. As a human, we always taking for granted, and asking for too much. But when the apocalypse has arrived, all your desire, dream, money, and those unfulfilled tasks that you think you have plenty of time to do, are turning into ashes. The only thing you want, is your precious family.

One of the best movies of Matt Damon. Matt Damon is totally genius in the film and also in real life. Not to forget Matt has extremely high IQ of 160 same with Einstein. The conversations between Will and Sean form the best part of the movie. Truly a nice movie that shows great philosophy of life: "Don't let your past to determine your future." Hope there will be a biography of William James Sidis in the future to record the life of the smartest person on earth. Can't watch to watch it!

Best movie I've ever watched in my life! I know it is such a high compliment but this film truly deserves it. For people who think that Stephen King only writes horror stories, you are terribly wrong... Even though this movie is less complicated than other supernatural fiction or fantasy movies of him, the positive message it delivers is far beyond the others. Andy Dufresne is the strongest character in the movie industry, not physically but mentally. He always full of hope and never lose faith when facing every obstacle. This movie is undoubtedly brilliant, not only with great storytelling, but also how it changed people mind after watching it. I always love movies with satisfying endings, and its ending is really mind blowing. Every time when I'm facing difficulties and decided to give up, I always recall of this movie. What Andy has done to improve the environment of Shawshank prison and also the life of those prisoners indicates a wonderful philosophy of life. I agreed that people might afraid of uncertainty and changes when they've been staying in their comfort zone for a long period of time. Nevertheless, no one should be 'institutionalised'. There is full of opportunities in the outside world waiting for you to explore. I hope everyone is able to love this movie like I do. I hope everyone never lose hope in every situation because no good thing ever dies. I hope.

[Spoiler Alert] The most saddest and emotional movie I've ever watched. It doesn't mean will make you cry like hell like other sad ending movies. In fact, I wasn't weeping for the entire movie, but my heart is breaking inside. Two cowboys just fell in love naturally, like so sign is given to us. Their love might be simple and yet so solid. Long distance relationship is always challenging, no even mention their sexual frustration in such feudal period of time. However, they've able to love each other over 20 years despite only met each other once in a month, or even longer... They didn't jealous when one was getting married or having a girlfriend, because they knew nothing can affect their relationship. Yes, their future will become much more better if Ennis agreed to stay with Jack in the fourth year of their relationship. However, it was definitely challenging and too much of risks have involved. Ennis' decision was for their own good, which eventually resulted in such unfortunate ending. I'm just wondering whether such unbreakable love is ever existed in the real world. It is too beautiful...
