Forget what everyone is saying about this game please, and before you judge me I am currently 22 years old and I have grown up playing all the Saints Row games except for the very first title. You can easily see all the effort put into this game, the customization with weapons, vehicles, and character are all the best I have ever seen. Being able to create and decorate your head quarters along with even building your own buildings on the map is such a great feature. Playing this game was so very refreshing, relaxing, and just fun to play. Everyone wanted a game how they used to be created and now that we get that, people hate on it and I do not understand why. I do get however, it is disappointing to see our beloved Saints Row characters gone but these new ones are not as bad as they are put out to be. The story is about creating a gang in which I found quite interesting story wise as it progressed and the missions on the way to do so were also quite enjoyable. I am reviewing this on the day of release so of course there is a couple bugs here and there but that is to be expected, and I have experienced nothing that has come even close to mark the game as “unplayable”. The map is a desert yes, but the map itself is beautiful and I love it way more than I thought I would. The part that is empty is the outskirts/border of the map which should be expected! The map as a whole is live and diverse despite the claims that it is not. I have not even fully completed the game yet and I can safely say I have had a wonderful experience with this game and I think it deserves way more credit than it is currently getting.
