My Favorite Find of the Year... 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘆 𝗘𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 The story and the art are wonderful. This is a great way to introduce your kids to a real cultural experience and an introduction to entomophagy. Beyond the concept of grasshoppers as food, the book compares Vilayvanh's experience as a child in Laos to her daughters' experience growing up here in the states. Vilayvanh's story and Nor Sanavongsay's artwork take this beyond being just another kid's book. This is a treasure.
