*Spoiler warning*
This film was so weak. Things felt very forced such as the stand-off scene as well as the Walter White scene.
I have watched BB multiple times and the consistancy fails here, let me tell you why:
In the scene with Walt you see them dine in with an RV (meth lab mind you) outside the joint. There is no way Walter, being as anal as he was in the first couple seasons, would allow a meth lab to be in public eye. He did not want to be caught even near it, he is smart enough to hide in plain sight.
Thats not all, the bald cap Cranston wore looked disgusting and takes away viewer experience -- like Christ I would rather Cranston not wear it and shave his head even if it meant people knowing he is in the film.
His quotes made no sense and contradicted his character. He goes on saying how Jesse does not have to wait his whole life to do something special. This is NOT Walter white in season 1 or 2. Walter got an open and self-aware thrill of it like season 4 or maybe late season 3. He felt dirty doing it, and him openly saying that its special this early on in the timeline felt stupid.
And lets not forget about Todd's weight. Seriously? Are you serious? Like imagine watching breaking bad for the first time then going straight to this film. You would not be immersed when you see Todd. His acting is not even the same.
