Loved it up until the end. How it finishes is lose lose. Either two women die ( and their families suffer) because of a bunch of terrible men one woman dies and parents suffer thinking they lost a child because of a bunch of terrible men. Men that will probably get away with their crimes Scott free or with a slap on the wrist. No one watches a revenge movie to see the person you’re rooting for lose( or mostly lose). It’s especially bad when it’s a movie about this topic, at least from a woman’s/ feminist point of view.

This was an incredibly stupid movie. Nothing makes sense. There is zero thought to the plot. The actions of the main characters make you want to pull your hair out. If I could go back in time I definitely would have avoided watching

This movie actually got better reviews than I was expecting. I was quite disappointed. lupita nyong'o is an amazing actress. I loved most of the characters, and there are some hilarious moments. That’s where everything I liked about this movie ends. In Get out Jordan Peele did an incredible job of leaving out those typical exhausting horror move cliches( not running when you should be, arguing about who’s driving when multiple people are trying to murder you) etc. Unfortunately there is plenty of that in this film. It was just anticlimactic with a mindless and totally unnecessary plot twist.
