The parts that were omitted are what make this biblical truth intriguing. In the movie Moses said God one time. In the Bible Moses has a lack of confidence and through the strength of God he becomes a true shepherd and leader. At no point in time does God ever ask Moses of his opinion. He asked Moses to be a general, as if war is the only motive. The continuous time that Moses approaches Pharoah and gives him a chance to repent is what shows Gods mercy. The battle between the Egyptian gods and the God is what shows gods power. The distrust the people have in Moses and his faith in God shows why Moses was chosen. This movies showed none of that ! It took the power away from God and gave it to Moses. This movie disgusted me and was blasphemous
