I do wish that they were more thorough with Joe Salatin from Polyface Farms and how he rotates his animals that allows them to be themselves: cows forage, chickens eat fly larva from the cow poop, and the pigs root around. To me that is the big difference between industrial and organic mindset: we have imposed our will on industrial food to make it something that fulfills our desires while organic trusts in the nature of the plants and animals to satisfy us. Industrial is "bigger, fatter, faster" and organic is ready when it is ready.
