This game set the new standard for what a war game RTS should be. Dawn of war Soulstorm was good also, but incredibly buggy and lacked some of the features that Dark Crusade had. Like persistent bases. Dawn of war Dark Crusade was just a plain enjoyable and replayable map conquest against other races and the multiplayer was enjoyable as well. It was like Starcraft and Warcraft 3 had a baby then adopted it out to us :)
