Captivating story but really didn’t care much for the graphic violence or character development except for ada. Great portrayal of Alfie as well. Other at first semi likable characters became backstabbing psychopaths (Michael, Polly, etc) And Arthur tops that list. He’s in fact one of the main reasons for my growing dislike of the show from season to season. Another thing that bothered me was the constant drinking and chain smoking in almost every single scene- the repetitive gesture became somewhat distracting.

The Moment Kari’s annoying daughter kills the dog with a rock, the show was over for me. This act of ridiculous cruelty was completely random and unnecessary. She could have just packed him up and driven him to a vet. It was not clear that his injuries were fatal.

One star simply because the two main characters were utterly unlikable caricatures . Both, absorbed in their respective roles as victims, display an overwhelming lack of maturity and a complete absence of reasonable foresight and decision making ability that could be expected of individuals their age. It is established early on that Maja did kill two people but is treated like royalty in prison, receiving special treatment and sympathy at every turn. At the end she gets acquitted and goes home to her family and the parents of her best friend, whom she murdered, have nothing but understanding for weepy Maja. Pretty unbelievable.
