I love the show but I absolutely can not handle Jennifer Love Hewitt with her stupid soap opera eye movements while on a 911 call and her negativity. She is a horrible actress and her character is negative. Don’t let Angela Bassett’s daughter do the same thing as I see it coming... the show will be over if you don’t control that. The unnecessary eye movements dumb the show down. They need to act like real 911 operators not trying to get attention. Sorry. If it weren’t for that, I would keep watching
