This film picks a few bones from the Epic Stephen King series of novels. The plot has no depth and is as others have said is a generic sci fi action movie. To be honest the producers were fools to think such a rich deep complex story could ever transfer to a movie format. This needs the 12 part 5 season Netflix treatment to make it work. Despite these comments Idris Elba fans will be pleased.
