I had never seen the first one, but this film was good. Interesting and amusing. Loved its female lead cast. Also a great way of sort of exploring Italy without leaving your seat.
However, I just want say...was no one else surprised by how the movie started off with the four female friends in quarantine, referring to the Covid-19 pandemic? That was almost tough to watch. Getting through quarantine...while the government who enforced us to follow their rules would be breaking their own rules. It's like 'COME ON, you have no idea how much hurt and pain you're going to get eventually from listening to them by doing all this'!
I'm from the United Kingdom, and that makes me think a lot about our government, and the lack of justice that a lot of us are still feeling.
In my opinion, there shouldn't be so much movies referring to what a lot of us are desperately trying to move on from. Just saying.
Apart from that...the movie was good. More for females than us males, unless we're with our girlfriends or wives.
