Remember seeing this in the theatre and was completely blown away. First film I saw told in non sequential order. As with every Quentin Tarantino film, the dialogue is as crazy good as the story. The movie, like most Tarantino, the soundtrack is equally great!

Remember paying to see this movie twice in theatres. Story is incredible as well as the acting. The American remake - Point of No Return - was an abomination. Why do Americans need to remake great European films and ruin them with inept performances? La Femme Nikita took French cinema to a new level. It’s like My Fair Lady if the professor turned his subject into a government hit man. To miss this movie is to miss one of the best action movies of the decade.

Gave this rating as per how I viewed it upon its release. It was ground breaking. It was over the top parody before anyone did this. The writing was hilarious. Mel Brooks is the only guy who could compare in parodies. It holds up well, but it’s definitely dated.

Am a massive Stanley Kubrick fan. The guy was brilliant. This particular movie is fantastic. It’s incredibly true to the revised book edition of the book minus the last two chapters. Malcolm McDowel has had a long and and storied career, but his defining role is Alex in this movie. Extremely violent and uncompromising, you can’t, and don’t want to look away.

This is the most painfully awful program ever made. The acting is so amateurish. The way the story is told, you’d think the writers and directors were on some sort of horrible acid trip. The depiction of Jerry West and Pat Riley are either insulting or worthy of a lawsuit. John C. Riley is actually annoying. Yet I can’t look away. It’s worse than brain candy. You can actually feel the IQ points slipping away as you watch this drivel, but for some inexplicable reason, you keep coming back for more just to see how bad it can get. And every week, it gets worse. If I weren’t a Lakers fan, I doubt I’d watch more than an episode.

Phenomenal! Burt Reynolds and the entire cast are crazy good! The story is so frightening. One of the very best movies of the 70’s.

Definitely one very odd film. You can’t look away and are mesmerized no matter how you try to define this. Dennis Hopper is amazing and profoundly deranged. The story and acting is simply fantastic. It may not be for everyone, but definitely one of David Lynch’s best films.

Simply one of the great films of this generation and genre. Each performance is outstanding. Alec Baldwin’s scenes steal the movie and when you think about all the other unbelievable actors in this film, it would be too easy for him to be overwhemled by these fellow actors.

One of the least viewed and unappreciated movies ever. The music is fantastic. I wish they’d release the soundtrack but for some reason, I don’t think they ever did. The story is a brilliant satire on politics. Tim Robbins is his usual amazing self, but Alan Rickman’s performance is equally brilliant. Watch out for a young Jack Black. Simply one of the best movies about politics.

Possibly the best movie about WWII from the American soldiers’ perspective. Beautifully shot and poignant. Though overshadowed by lesser movies, this one paints a truly unforgettable picture of war: a battle over a hill and the inevitable move onto the next tract of land to wage war.
