Lip sync is VERY off, and the animation is iffy. The voice actors are decent, but definitely not the best I've heard. The story is interesting, but I don't feel like it gives enough info. Meaning if this really happened the characters wouldn't know anything that was going on, which is how most movies are anyways but this one is just... eh. Anyways, I recommend watching it.
