I found this book dreadful. I hadn’t read an Agatha Christie previously and it was only her popular reputation that drive me to persevere to the end of the novel. Slow moving, totally ridiculous in places, corny and predictable. A total waste of my hours spent reading it.

At first I thought I must be on the wrong channel, and I still don’t fully understand the link between the opening scenes and the following story. But despite the totally odd format and concept of this story, I found it a worthwhile watch and by the end it was very satisfying, even though it left a lot to your own interpretation.
