I really enjoyed the film. It followed the book closely whilst enhancing the romantic tension between Knightley and Woodhouse. This is probably a reflection of the book, but I enjoyed how the story line was more towards the romantic era, as opposed to the Neoclassical era. This means the film (and book) remains relevant and enjoyable to modern audiences.
