There’s a few great scenes- the first, the dentist, but the rest is slow and rather dull. Yes the ending makes you think but by then you don’t care! Don’t be fooled by critics review.

Just a very funny, poignant and brilliantly written and acted film.

Are you allowed to review a film after watching it for 15 minutes and giving up?! Arty camera work, whirling mash of flashback images and then Dad takes daughter on holiday… and nothing happens! Was there meant to be a plot, a storyline of interest? Sorry, can’t be bothered to find out…

Great 1st episode… then in 2nd it all just becomes a bit boring and no real plot. I gave up. Ultimately I didn’t really care enough about the characters, and it didn’t seem believable, unlike Cooper’s ‘Am I Being Unreasonable’. Now that had a proper plot too!

Black humour, but sweet and soulful. Plot a little thin but last part of film v g.

Visually striking and occasionally thought provoking but the film is slow and confusing.

It’s ok for first 20 mins... and then the jokes dry up and you are left thinking the actual Eurovision is funnier. Rachel McAdam doesn’t have a comedic bone in her body either.

A very very very poor impression of a Hugh Grant/Richard Curtis film!
