Story lines are very interesting, plus 'Danny' 'Baez' Sid and 'Gramps ' are excellent actors. However the acting ability of the rest is pathetic and amateurish. Their Sunday dinners run from wholesome to overbearing. The repartee between Selleck and his team of three is so stiff and phony it's most embarrassing to watch.

This film is my Polish 'Casablanca'. I was so moved by the story line, acting and music which is an important thread that weaves through this marvelous film. Highly recommend it....I've watched it three times.

It's wonderful to see Sam Watterson agsin and also Anthony Anderson. Another plys is Camryn Mannheim. But sadly both Hugh Dancy and Odelya Halevi are out of their league. It's actually difficult to watch them, they are both such amateurs.

So far seen the first two episodes and they pale to the original in every way. Giving it time....hoping that the writing improves!
