I just started watching this show, brilliant and I love it! I love how the show bring awareness about autism that we are all weird in the end! Wonderful acting and it is funny at times. Definitely recommended!

I enjoy this Documentary. I didn’t grow up eating a lot of meat nor dairy. But since I moved to America in my adulthood, I started consuming a lot of dairy products and meats and also processed food which are widely available here. I struggled in keeping my cholesterol down, I have trouble sleeping and the worst part is I have anxiety almost everyday. I tried keto diet, paleo diet, nothing works for me. I was pretty active but now I am having trouble moving my left leg and I couldn’t exercise for the past 6 months. My doctor prescribed Statin to lower my cholesterol but I really do not want to take it. Not sure if vegan is the answer, but I am going to try for next two weeks. Hopefully this works!
