Absolutely loved this show! Beautifully produced. Slick direction and my god has Varun Dhawan grown as an actor! Absolutely brilliant! Funny to think of the 90s as a retro flashback period but everything was so on point. Nadia was so impressive too. One star deducted just for Baba's character. Less lethal and more like a delusional nutjob. Bit I guess that's not unique to honey bunny.

Some good bits but overall so disappointing. Why was it randomly set in Kerala (for the most part) when everyone including a seriously old grandmother is speaking in Hindi (except for a random dialogue here or there delivered with hideous accents). Finally what really killed it for me was the portrayal of the single aunt as this homewrecking basket case howling about being alone - perpetuating this hideous regressive stereotype that all single are constantly fighting against! Sitara& family - please go back to the 70s where you belong!

Wow the lead actress in this movie is just so so bad it makes me weep. There's only so much Anil Kapoor can do to try save this movie... "try" being the operative word.

Severely average film. Some good moments for sure it's all negated by the insipid script, Jhanvi Kapoor's bland acting and Rajkumar Rao's character's whininess (I know that's his character but my God you want to punch him in every frame!). And when will the nepo babies please make way for some real talent?! JK as any kind of sports person is just comical!

I loved the books as a child but this show is so annoying. Anne is like this moral force who arrived via a time machine espousing ideals of everything from creativity to feminism to modern romance to the rights of indigenous populations. Sure it's great to pick up these issues but it's ridiculous to see a freckly 15 year old in the 1800s be the white saviour.

Oh my God this is so bad it hurts to watch. Despite fast forwarding through the some of the very tedious songs this movie is exhausting. The acting is flat and insipid almost across the board. The force fitting of Riverdale into a fictitious Indian setting is so tired and uncreative.There's just so little substance, so little soul in this movie and just so much money and so much promotion, it makes you sick. Archies is a cinematic manifestation of everything that is wrong with Bollywood today.

Excellent show with great acting but some logic gaps take away the one star. Like the basic point of immunity being the product of repeated exposure to a pathogen and not because of ingestion of the medicine. If they needed to get everyone to Huxley they could just hold the Atom bunch hostage instead of desperately trying to save her. And how is the supposedly virtuous Ritu so cavalier about extracting the peptide from an innocent human. But all that aside such a good show with so many important messages. We truly don't deserve the planet anymore.

It's described as gritty and suspenseful and all that but so many scenes, dialogues and premises are so ridiculous it's hard to take this seriously. The way Jared's family reacts to the kidnapping is so awkward it's comical. And that's episode 1 so I really thought this was show was going to be a dark comedy of sorts. Plus every character seems more than a little insane, but that sort of explains Claire Danes' casting of course

I know the teens are a tough and confusing time for a lot of people but my god these characters are grating! The lead Belly is especially so hateable yet insipid at the same time - tough to watch

Different but could've been less preachy. Varun Dhawan holds the movie together but Jhanvi Kapoor is just so terrible (as usual) it makes for a slightly painful watch
