It was always going to be difficult to find the balance, how do you incorporate all the elements, the complexity that was James Brown into a film ? Cudos to the cast and crew, there was enough heart in this production to do the man justice. Great tracks, glimpses of a changing world, and the kid from Georgia who arrived on the scene lika a supernova and influenced the music scene on so many levels and continues to do so today. Well done Mick Jagger on producing, Mr Brown would have been proud!
