MARY ANNE T. LIONE

I absolutely loved this movie. I understood that the dark would be very dark and that is what went with the theme of the series. Opening in the cemetery and suddenly hearing "Christopha's" voice put me right in the seat of where I needed to be for this trip. The acting was top notch and very credible. In any kind of mob-themed story there can be a potential to play the characters over the top. That didn't happen. Growing up in an Italian neighborhood in North Newark in the 1950's there was a comfortable familiarity with the life style (minus the crime) and the atmosphere. I will probably watch this movie several times to pick up more of the subtleties that a one time viewing never fulfills. Thank you, David Chase and Company!

I adore Lawrence O'Donnell's "The Last Word". Lawrence is so knowledgeable on all political matters and really knows how to get under Dumpty's orange skin!
