Eternals had high expectations after its delayed release, however unfortunately, it needed up being a disappointment. There was too much going on, too many features and not enough time to develop with each character. The phrase ‘less is more’ certainly wasn’t considered during the production of this film. But despite how much was packed into this film, it still felt like the plot went nowhere. There were too many unnecessary elements involved and twists and scenes that would just be dropped suddenly. The film never ended, it just kept going on and on and on. The time dragged immensely, which is unusual for a marvel film. Normally when I watch a marvel film I am fully immersed and seems like I’ve been watching it for 5 mins not the typical 2hrs. Whereas this film, it felt like I was in the cinema for 10hours. I was constantly checking my phone for time checks. Personally, I think, don’t waste your money on going to the cinema for this. Wait until it’s on Disney plus…
