As a 14 boy who has trouble finding "mature" shows to watch while still being funny, this is pretty good. For sure, it has some weird dialogue, cringey and awkward scenes, but this is great to watch with the family. It involves some serious topics that all young children should know, such as finding your sexuality or dealing with rejection or "teen" stuff. It somewhat includes politics as well. If you do not think that your child would be able to handle lgbt topics and the grief of having dead parents, watch this show!
TL; DR: watch this show, I would say for kids nine and up.
also i wrote a positive review about this show when it came out but i think my old account got deleted and that's why i wrote this new one
