Clumsy. It has all the right ingredients, but it just misses the mark. It lacks the soul and lightness of the animation. Instead it is replaced by uneaven acting, and unrealistic plotting. It looks the part, but the wide-screen vista's do little to advance the disjointed plots. Crouching Tiger it isn't, and the Dragon is so will hidden I missed it.

Well that held my attention all the way through, not least because of the need to support my poor Spanish with subtitles. I liked the idea behind the film, I liked that there is no hero of the piece and that everyone is somehow compromised. There is no one who is totally sympathetic. The big bad gangsta's obsession seemed a little odd to me. But perhaps this is how they act. I got a feeling about half way through about the end. But I wantched to the twist...the end piece. Well acted and believable.
