This has to be the worst example of flipping a house that there is. I would never buy one of their houses due to the fact that 1- Scott is abusive to everyone and 2-Scott wants to do everything as cheaply as possible. I understand that you want to have a return on your investment but take some pride in what you do. Maybe he is so angry because he is in the closet. Oh yeah and watch your language!!
