I was quoted over $1,000 less than what I was charged. How do you pay $1,700 for 7 hours of work? It was 1 truck and the distance from the storage area to the house is 15 mins. Booking manager is full of fake promises of how fast the job will be and how quick the movers are and never mentions all the outrageous hidden fees. He’s all upbeat and happy with fake promises when trying to book then he’s a militant soldier on the day of the moving with lies about how he never said the quotes he gave. Staff gives you blank screens to sign. Never mentions the hidden fees. It’s all just a big circus act. Severely disappointed in their company and would never use or recommend to anyone.
