Yeah...the trailer makes you think the movie will be one way, and the actual movie was not was expected. It was disjointed at best. Sure, let's let this girl that looks like she's 14 go to Washington DC, through a literal warzone to, literally, the enemy camp. Even though we knew the heroes, we had ZERO attachment to them. The premise is good, but the movie did not deliver on it.

This show is and always has been sheer perfection. Scott Bakula couldn't have played Sam better if this was a true story. The ending is bittersweet but makes sense considering the type of man Sam is. Dean Stockwell has played several good roles but not like the way he played Al. If there is any justice in the world, no one will EVER remake this show. No attempt will do any justice to the original and could never possibly better it.
