of all versions, Tamil is my most favourite, not biased but the way this movie was filmed connects with me the most. Kamal's acting is out of the world!

Truly one of the worst movies ever, would have been completely soulless if not for AR.Rahmans music. The hero of this movie is a narcissistic, greedy, psychotic, selfish A-hole who mentally tortures and the heroin just cos he's in "love" with her. While in the movie they did show that the hero has some mental issue but i felt in entire movie and esp the ending they glorified and sympathized with him for his wrong-doings/sins. in one scene the heroin asks the hero if she ever told him that shes in love with him or even showed a sign, to which the hero responds "you didnt say u DIDNT love me" *facepalm* then he forces her to stay/live with him for 5 days, even tho he says he wont have sex but its been shown many times that he does have those thoughts about her, this is probably to make him seem like he has a dose of pureness in him and during those 5 days he arranges a church wedding to marry her without her permission. during those 5 days she endures countless,mental torture he even threatens to shoot her, in the end he does end up "accidently" killing her, for some reason they play sad tune at the end while showing how "bad" the hero feels for her and that he had opened a charity fund in her name before he kills himself **dear lord*...not because he feels bad i believe cos the he's been caught * Without AR Rahmans music this entire movie is a SIN, but ill always be addicted to the songs, and the acting esp the hero's acting is the worst, its a miracle i didnt have a nosebleed while watching the movie, Priyamani was good though stole spotlight with her cuteness and her acting ability.

This is how female lead movie should be, this movie portrays strong female characters who fights big rowdys like it's no big deal, really refreshing to watch just cos of how easily the females are portrayed; no cringy female empowerment dialogues, no rape scenes, no one insulting the female lead or their gender...just a simple story with great camera work, appropriate sound and theme songs to hype up the action sequences, the fight scene were good as well...not the greatest story or movie but enjoyable, I especially love it hw the female fit so comfortably in roles we usually see men do that being said I don't understand the hate this movie gets in the reviews esp to the jyothika's fight scenes, If this were any of the leading actors instead of Jyothika ppl will be phrasing them for the mindless stunt scenes.

it was hilarious too watch not sure if some scenes were even meant to be funny, the 2 main characters fall in love literally right after they meet for the first time, like theres no much deeper story why they fall in love, its was just funny to me, both the characters just seem very childish which not sure was done intentionally done cos romeo & juliet where 13/21 lol. the only scenes to actually make me feel smtg were the rift between the 2 clans, and how much it affects them. i couldnt least bit relate to the main characters (ram-leela) their reactions sometimes dont make any sense. the songs are amazing btw esp Laal Ishq.

Bad acting by Alia could be improved, great story - bad execution, great great songs!!! The introduction of the characters could be better - I barely felt anything for them cos the movie made no time to establish the characters at all... ending could hv been better

It was fine UNTILL the ending..it turned really silly and cartoonish..not a fan of the twist.. otherwise it was fine not at all scary as ppl mention it to be

Literally can find 1000 more Tamil movie like this 🤦same story, cliche dialogue, unnecessary slow motion shots, few sexist scenes may go unnoticed, bad acting, predictable

The trailer is more exciting than the movie itself.
