I enjoy this game quite a lot. I am running it on PC. Bugs do exist but are not game breaking. They can sometimes even be quite funny but they shouldn't be in the game. The storytelling is good. The passing is ok. For me it can not meet the high expectations I had, regarding it as being made by the same Studio that made Witcher 3 such an excellent game but nevertheless I enjoy it much more than similar games like GTA5 or Deus Ex. All in all, Cyberpunk 2077 is not a perfect game but still worth playing to me. Very enjoyable in its own game genre.
