It’s a shame the poor performance of the actress portraying Anne Frank. She’s goofy, snobbish and self centered. That’s not at all how she’s in her diary. I’ve read it twice. Very bad choice of the director making her seem like that.
That’s also not how her friend described her. I’ve seen a lot of documentaries. What saves the movie is Hannah.
