Funny, inspiring, filled with classic bits of hilarious moments while simultaneously leaving the audience with a sense of 'everything in life that happens..happens for the best.' We watch as Mr. Bean wins a trip to Cannes and follow him in delight with the cast of characters he meets along the way and how he handles disaster after disaster in trying to get there. Some of the most hilarious moments is him running after a chicken who manages to get Bean's bus ticket stuck to its foot. Then Bean in the outhouse as a truck runs into it on the highway. Bean as an 'extra' dressed in a WWII movie, dressed as a Nazi soldier. But then there is Bean's compassion and wonderful relationship that is created trying to reunite a little boy who Bean inadvertently caused to get of the separated from his father. Now Bean's trip to Canne's is secondary to getting the boy back to his father. It is just an overall wonderful and uplifting movie that makes you realize that sometimes in life, things just go really, really bad and yet all turns out well in spite of the ups and downs. The final scene with him on the beach in Cannes and the backdrop of the music and everyone singing just puts a smile on your face that will make your day. An awesome movie in so many ways. I LOVE IT!!
