Great film, although not to be taken as historical fact

I feel it exploits people who genuinely have an addiction, Sean's and Jeanne's story made me particularly sad. These were people who had never even known any other life and I felt they did not need to be on television. DR Nowdarzan is great, and I like to think that he truly cares about these people. However I think the aforementioned needed much more intensive help away from the cameras. I only started binge watching it in the initial stages of the lockdown.
