As a retired vice-principal, I thought that "The Rogue Educator: Embracing Teacher Individuality" was outstanding. I wish that I had this book before I retired.
This book would have helped me better understand the different teaching styles of my staff. The book was easy reading and was funny. The book was funny because it gave each teaching style a name that we could relate to.
The Rogue Educator, also gave me different teaching techniques to better understand and work with each teacher. This book would be great for professional development or staff meetings.
. I would suggest that every administrator read and use "The Rogue Educator:Embracing Teacher Individuality" to better understand their teacher's teaching style, for their teachers to better understand each other, and to support one another.
