As someone who is dipping her toes into the world of the online undertaking, I am so glad that I came across this book. In my opinion, the existing marketing books are missing the crucial pandemic angle as well as the massive online business surge and its consequences. This book covers it and that I think is the most important lesson that we need at this point in time.
