The trailer looked better than the movie itself. Don’t give it a chance.

It’s a forgettable cash grab, no different from the first movie, but I had fun with it. It’s so terrible, I just took it for what it was: a two hour Lebron worshipping commercial for Nike shoes. A simple guilty pleasure. Not high class art but enjoyable.

This is one of the most socially conscience horror movies I've ever seen. Way ahead of its time if you ask me. This film dives into heavy themes like trauma, patriarchy and Christmas commercialism. And its raises the biggest question of all: Can we trust Santa Claus? I'll leave that for you to decide.

I will admit. This show does have a slow start but it does get good near the finale. The humor is very clever in my opinion. It’s not just blood, sex and violence. There’s a few background gags for your average marvel fans. The only negative criticism I can give it is the mouth animation. The teeth look so realistic, it’s so gross. Overall, give this show a chance.

The concept of the movie could’ve worked if it was made with more effort (and a actually good writer) but sadly, it’s written by a man who has never talked to a rational black woman in his life. The main problem with this movie is that it focuses too much on its message to tell its own story, kinda like how most black horror movies do. Justin Simian is not the best writer to write for black women (or any black character for that matter). It has the inner workings of a body horror but it has the stank of low quality effort and virtue signaling. Not to mention tons of black stereotypes (which the movie was trying to prevent) 2/5
