I watched the first 2 1/2 episodes of the first season. They ruined it by having two lesbians in bed together. it has absolutely nothing to do with the storyline. What the hell is wrong with this world that they have to show debauchery like that on a cop show? Has nothing to do with the drama series! We're not going to accept us as normal. I'm not ever watching the show again.

I was completely unprepared for the ending. Very enjoyable story. Surprise ending. Very suspenseful toward the end. I thought the wealth of the main characters was unrealistic but it certainly made for a beautiful setting! I enjoyed the show very much.

Is there some reason why every television show especially British ones have to include at least one homosexual relationship? I'm sick of getting this shoved down my throat. I watched seven episodes and then on the eighth they spring this lesbian relationship. It's revolting and it makes me very angry. I know that the woke left thinks we will get used to it. Newsflash: no way!

I thought the film was great. I admit I do like period dramas. But this was a good one. I especially liked the ending. I won’t spoil it for you. If you like romantic dramas in Victorian times then I think you’ll like this film. The main male character was superb
