Spoilers!
Just finished watching second season, and I am happy to.report there have the major growth spurts in this show!
The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, have given this TV junky the fix she needed. Much like the first season it took its' time getting up and running, but by episode 4 it all takes off.
If it's romance you are looking for, then look no further. There's a plethora of plutonic, romantic, family love to satisfy all tastes. Whilst not being over sentimental.
However, my biggest disappointment of the final episode where some bits of writing felt rushed and sloppy. Right from the beginning of the first season, there were clever hints and clues of where the show was going, so I had high expectations of the writers. It's a shame that Ros out of nowhere conveniently can transfer her power without ever doing this before. And why has Harvey packed his drawing materials that save the day and the line that was meant to tie up that loose end is a far from convoluted 'You never know'.
Apart from that sloppy writing for the sidekicks, it's a brilliant show.
Take it from a girl who knows this genre, this is the Buffy for a contemporary audience.
