This show made me realise that when i was younger, my classmate was actually my first love. I happened to be in a relationship that same year around 4 months after she stopped talking to me. After we broke up, I realised that I actually didn't love my bf. He felt more like a good friend. Over the years, I realised that my classmate might have cut off all ties with me because i didn't realise her feelings. She's always been a recurring thought and now i know why... and I severely regret. This show really hit home because sajou and kusakabe were able to say "As long as you're with me... that's enough for me" - which i wasn't able to say, and was too naive to realise back then. Painful as it was, this show opened my eyes a bit, and I'm glad I watched it.
