People saying Terra was not Flora are sadly mistaken. The white actress was originally cast as flora. They only changed the name to avoid backlash which is why the "Terra" has the exact same personality and powers. It was essentially a way to exclude a Latina actress without receiving any backlash. It's a "different" character that just so happens to be taking her place in the main cast.
