This is one of the funniest westerns ever made. "Blazing Saddles" is far more well known, but this made-for-television classic is every bit as humorous and imho better. The cast is absolutely terrific. They are all perfectly cast and deliver sensational performances. Can't say enough good things about this flick. You'll have belly laugh after belly laugh from some of the outrageous and hilarious lines. John Astin is the lovable, evil main character. Pamela Austin (who did Dodge/Plymouth commercials in the late 60s) is the woman who tries to convert Roy from his "evil" ways. There are too many other great actors/actresses to mention. This once out-of-print movie is now available on DVD and well worth buying.
