I was enjoying the movie okay until it reached the point where the main character was told that he should assume that he was disciplined because of his skin color. Furthermore, that he should just expect to be "smacked down" throughout his life because of it. What an incredibly awful remark to plant in childrens' heads! Basically, "just assume that you will be a victim the rest of your life!" No, don't send that message to any person of any race, please!
