I wasn't going to watch this series at first because I thought it was about Phyllis Schlafly, a woman to whom I have strong aversion. But thank goodness my thirty-something feminist daughter suggested I watch it. It's great television and tells the story of the battle for the Equal Rights Amendment. Compelling drama, and a story that needs to remembered and understood.
