Great acting by mother and daughter. Disappointment and struggles in a legacy of abuse and alcoholism that transcends generations in the lives of co dependent relationships. It could be tough to watch but the story honors those trying to free themselves from toxicity while also portraying those who have become so accustomed to disfunction that choices seem elusive.
