**SPOLIER ALERT** First of all the movie wasn't all bad. but I felt like it was rushed.Like nothing happens for the first 44 minutes other than JA coming into the scene;) then all of a sudden Lara Jean and Peter break up because she finnnnalllyyy finds out about him and Gen being 'friends' and that he wasnt waiting for her in the hot tub he was waiting for Gen and they have huge argument about it and then LJ and JA kiss and she says I'm in love with Peter (I hope you read that in a mocking voice:) and then she runs out like freaking Cinderella to Peter who hey presto is magically outside just about at the right time annnddd just late enough to miss the kiss between LJ and JA(which if he had saw it would have been great because lord knows what would happen if everything didn't magically fix itself in this movie) I wanted something with a little more substance,somthing that would really make me want that PK and LJ reunion like an intense breakup, not the usual cliche when the girl realises the boys still got something friendly/romantic going on with his ex and then they break up for like 2 days and everything magically fixes itself and they get back toghether.i kinda expected more, especially judging by the first film,i also felt that JA's character was just about his love for LJ and we didn't really get to know him. I'm not gonna lie LJ kinda annoyed me like how she made JA's favourite cupcakes when her boyfriend was coming and how if it had been Peter to kiss Gen she probably would have flipped out- basically I felt like she was a bit of a hypocrite.Also how she left John Ambrose for Peter the part time douche Kavinskey when they made him(with the very limited screen time he has) look like a sweetheart Also I just couldn't find that connection between Peter and Lara Jean that there was in the first movie,whereas with John Ambrose I could kinda see the chemistry coming through again and it would have been better if they portrayed it better. I hated the fact that Margo was only in it for like 2 minutes and josh wasn't in at all!!!!!!!!!and Lucas and Chris where barely in it the only times they where pretty much just talking about Peter overall I felt like it was nothing near the first movie and if you didn't like it I would totally recommend the book its soooooo much better<3333
